1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Cast Iron House Condominium resident portal at 67franklin.com (the “Portal”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Portal is operated by Cast Iron House Condominium, located at 67 Franklin Street, New York, NY 10013.

2. Eligibility

The Portal is available exclusively to current residents, unit owners, and authorized building management personnel of Cast Iron House. Access credentials are issued by building management and are non-transferable.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify building management immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Portal only for its intended purposes, including:

• Communicating with fellow residents and building staff
• Submitting and tracking maintenance requests
• Reserving shared building amenities
• Viewing building announcements and community posts
• Managing your resident profile

You may not use the Portal to post harassing, defamatory, or inappropriate content; solicit commercial activity unrelated to building operations; or attempt to access another resident’s account or data.

5. Content

Messages, posts, and other content you submit through the Portal remain your responsibility. Building management reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms or the building’s house rules. By posting content, you grant Cast Iron House Condominium a non-exclusive license to display that content within the Portal for its intended purpose.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Portal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Portal available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Portal may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime.

8. No Commercial Purpose

The Portal is provided free of charge as a community service to Cast Iron House residents. It is not a commercial product and is not offered for sale or licensing. No fees, subscriptions, or payments are associated with its use.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Portal is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Cast Iron House Condominium, its board members, and building management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Portal.

10. Termination

Your access to the Portal may be suspended or terminated by building management at any time, including but not limited to cases where you are no longer a resident or have violated these terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Portal ceases immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from the use of the Portal shall be resolved in the courts located in New York County, New York.
